All commercial property that is sold or let must have a Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificate, commonly known as a Non Domestic EPC, commissioned prior to or within 7 days of being put on the market. There is a further 21 days allowed for the completion and acquisition of the EPC after which time fines can be imposed.If you are selling or renting a commercial property you should organise an EPC for potential buyers or tenants before you market the property. Are You Using A Local EPC Provider ? If the surveyor has to travel a long way to the property then it is likely the price you pay will be higher than it will be if you use our Local Commercial EPC Service.

I will visit the property at a time that is convenient to you, normally within 48 hours and carry out a full commercial EPC survey. I will assess the property and produce the certificate with 48 hours of this survey. I will then send the certificate by email to yourself, your agent or solicitor.
