We are not a call centre, when you call you will speak to us directly and you will avoid the usual booking fees added by the large call centre operations. Your Commercial EPC price will be our direct to customer price with no added fees and you will not be required to pay upfront as with the epc booking centres.

All commercial property that is sold or let must have a Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificate, commonly known as a Non Domestic EPC, commissioned prior to or within 7 days of being put on the market. There is a further 21 days allowed for the completion and acquisition of the EPC after which time fines can be imposed.
