If you are selling or renting out a property you can call The EPC Man. I will visit your property at a time that is convenient to you, normally within 48 hours and carry out the EPC survey, which on an average domestic property will take 40 minutes.
I will assess your property and produce the certificate with 48 hours of this survey. I will then send the certificate by email to your agent or solicitor. You can also have a copy by email if required.
Please remember that you should organise your EPC before you market your property for sale or rental.
If you are buying a property in Vale of Glamorgan then the person selling the house must provide your solicitor with a valid energy performance certificate. If you are renting then the landlord or the letting agent must show you the EPC.

Robert Mooneywell after arranging for Mr Loxton to carry out two surveys for me i did not know what to expect when he arrived his attitude was brilliant he explained what he had to do I thought this guy is a pro he had given me a price for carrying out the surveys but i did not feel my time was running out he is going to ask for an extra charge i just wish there were more people like him that you could trust and true to his word he did all the necessary paper work as promised i cant even remember him asking when i would pay his invoice ,but as soon as it arrived i paid it i felt obliged

Genuine guy!I was looking for reliable & well priced provider to issue our property with an EPC ready for sale after being told by our estate agent we didn't have one & contacted Mr Luxton. He was very knowledgeable & explained the process & gave a great quote explaining there'd be no hidden costs etc so booked him in. Later that evening Mr Luxton contacted me to inform me he had found a valid EPC on the property so would not come out & charge me when I already had what was needed & instead forwarded the valid EPC straight over. It isn't often you come across such a genuine & kind person such as Mr Luxton & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him! Absolute top bloke!
