I will arrange to visit your property at a time that is convenient to you, normally within 48 hours and carry out the EPC survey. On an average domestic property this will take around 40 minutes. I will register the certificate within 48 hours of the epc survey. I will then email you a link to your EPC on the official EPC register.
The Energy Performance Certificate will be valid for a period of 10 years from the date of issue.
